Enrolment and student records
Pre-registration, required documents, class or group, legal guardians and emergency contacts. Re-enrolment picks up last year's record.
Private schools
Enrolment, tuition paid in instalments, timetables, grades, absences and messages to parents in one system, built for your school. You own the code and the data.
Day to day
In most private schools, students live in an Excel file, payments in a notebook and contact with parents in WhatsApp groups. Everything works, and it depends on the memory of two or three people.
What the software covers
You pick the modules you need. Many schools start with enrolment and payments, then add grades and the parent portal.
Pre-registration, required documents, class or group, legal guardians and emergency contacts. Re-enrolment picks up last year's record.
Registration fee, tuition per month or per term, canteen, transport and sibling discounts. Each payment produces a numbered receipt, and the list of late payers fits on one screen.
Classes, teachers, subjects and rooms. The software flags a teacher or a room booked twice in the same slot.
Teachers enter their grades, and the software applies the weightings and works out the averages. The term report prints or goes to parents.
The teacher takes the register at the start of class on a phone or tablet. Parents get a message the same day when their child is absent.
Announcements per class or for the whole school, meeting requests, payment reminders. Each message keeps its date and stays in the student's record.
On the web or on a phone, parents see grades, absences, the timetable and what is left to pay.
Management, the office, accounts and teachers each have their own access. The software keeps a record of every action on a student's file, as Law 25-11 requires.
Students per class, places left, payments this month and unpaid fees, for the head of one school or for several schools in a group.
A typical year
This is the path of one student through a school that runs the software. A language school follows the same thread, with sessions and levels in place of terms.
A parent fills in the pre-registration online or at the office. The file shows which documents are missing.
The office approves, places the student in a class and picks the payment plan. It takes the registration fee and prints the receipt.
The student appears on the class registers and in the class timetable. Parents receive their login.
Before each due date, parents get a reminder. A recorded payment updates the balance, and late payers stay on a list.
Teachers enter grades, the software works out the averages and the report cards go to parents.
At the end of the year, the record moves up to the next class with the student's grade and payment history.
Student data
A school handles data about minors and their parents, including identity, address, sometimes health, and payment status. Algeria's Law 25-11 of 24 July 2025 requires a register of this processing and an automatic log of who viewed, changed or sent each piece of data.
A shared Excel file cannot produce that log. Software keeps it when someone designed it to, and we build it that way from the first module.

The five steps of our method, applied to a school. We move to the next step once you approve the current one, and we aim to go live before the start of a school year or a term.
Deliverable · Written scope
We sit with the office and accounts, read your files and receipts, then write down what the software will do first.
Deliverable · Approved mock-up
You click through enrolment, the payment plan and the report card as mock-ups before any code.
Deliverable · Testable version
We deliver in pieces, often enrolment and payments first. The office tries them on real student files.
Deliverable · Software in service
We bring in this year's student lists and payments, train the team, then set up hosting and backups.
Deliverable · Ongoing support
The same team fixes, updates and adds the next modules.
We do not publish prices. The amount depends on the modules you choose, the number of students, classes and schools, bringing in existing files and the parent portal. After scoping you receive a quote split by phase.
Common questions
Not always. If an off-the-shelf school product covers your fees, classes and report cards, we will tell you in the first conversation. Custom software makes sense when your payment plans, discounts or report cards follow rules of your own, or when you run several sites.
Yes. Groups, levels, sessions and payment per session take the place of classes and terms. The rest of the software works the same way.
Yes, that is the most common case. We import student lists, classes and this year's payments before go-live, and we check the totals with you.
That is your choice. The parent portal can be a web page, with nothing to install, or a mobile app. Urgent messages can also go out by SMS.
Yes. Each school keeps its own classes, fees and accounts, and the group management sees the figures for all of them in one place.
We do not publish a fixed price, because the amount depends on the modules, the number of students and schools, data migration and the parent portal. After a first conversation and scoping, you receive a quote split by phase.
