Your company has a way of working that belongs to it. The software should bend to that — not the other way round. That is the whole job.

Where it starts
It is not the subscription that costs you. It is everything the team does alongside the software to make it work anyway.
A generic package is designed for the average of thousands of companies. Yours differs from that average by definition: a particular approval chain, a specific way of counting stock, a customer who insists on one exact format. On those differences, the tool has no answer.
So teams improvise. A spreadsheet on the side. A notebook. A chat group carrying the information that should be in the system. Every workaround is one more manual entry, one more place errors appear, and one more thing nobody can verify.
The real cost never appears on an invoice: lost hours, stock discrepancies, forgotten orders, and decisions taken on numbers nobody quite trusts.
What we do instead
We start by watching the real work: who does what, in what order, with what information, and where the process breaks. That reading produces the screens, the data and the rules of the future system — written down and approved before the first line of code.
Then we build. Not a frozen mock-up: working software, handed to you in successive blocks, and corrected while corrections are still cheap.
See our five-stage methodBeing straight with you
A well-chosen off-the-shelf product beats a poorly justified build. Here is how we decide — and we say it before we quote anything.
| Your situation | What we recommend |
|---|---|
| A very standard need (accounting, payroll, email) | An off-the-shelf product. We help you choose it and connect it to the rest, and build nothing. |
| The work is standard but the data is scattered | Integration: we connect the tools you already run and automate the exchanges between them. |
| Your advantage comes from how you work | Custom software. That is precisely what no packaged product can reproduce. |
| The process changes fast, or you keep opening new locations | Custom software, designed to be changed — a package will invoice you for every deviation. |
